We actually had really good weather for February and were able to get down everyone’s first application of crabgrass pre-emergent and an 11-week fertilizer called Polyon. We do not apply broadleaf weed control during the month of February because the ground temperature and air temperature gets too cold for the weeds to take it in and get controlled. March has come in and warmed up nicely and the weeds are absolutely going nuts in our yards. The second application contains four post-emergent weed controls another application of crabgrass pre-emergent and slow release fertilizer. The four post-emergent herbicides will control 98% of your broadleaf weeds with one application. Be patient we’re getting to them as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have all weeds treated and controlled by Easter!
